License Terms

1. The license

When you buy OneCursor you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to install and use the OneCursor app on computers you own or control, limited to the number of computers of your plan (Lite: up to 3; Plus: up to 5), counting the computer you use to control the others.

2. Updates

Your license includes the version you bought and the updates we release for it. We may release new major versions with separate pricing; your license keeps working with the version you have.

3. What you may not do

You may not share, resell or publish your license key, try to generate keys, or remove the license check. Business use across many seats requires a Business license — contact us.

4. Payments

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles payment, taxes and invoices. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

5. No warranty

OneCursor is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
